XYZ Supplements Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of their Protein Plus Formula (Lot #23456, expiration dates 12/2025-06/2026) due to the presence of undeclared milk allergens.

The recall was initiated after routine testing revealed that the product contains milk protein that was not declared on the label. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products.

The affected products were distributed nationwide through retail stores and online between January and April 2025. No illnesses have been reported to date.

Consumers who have purchased the affected products are urged to discontinue use immediately and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
